Welcome to Mississippi Gorge Antiques. We are nestled at the gorge of the Canadian Mississippi River right in Carleton Place, Ontario. The antique store is located in the bottom floor of a stone foundry built in 1867, while the upper floor provides us living quarters. The waters of Lanark County's Mississippi rush past 365 days a year and this, combined with the beauty of our stone foundry, provides a truly uniqu antiqueing experience. Proprietors are Bill Bagg and Peggy Sweet.

Carleton Place is the ancestral home of Roy Brown, the WWI Flying Ace who shot down the Red Baron. Full of history, Carleton Place has a self-guided walking tour which Mississippi Gorge is in the centre of.
